Ok so I have been trying to see how these two modules compare. They seem pretty identical with a few exceptions. Also, I have yet to find proof that they are indeed made by the same company.
The only differences I have found are the Ultima comes with 3 dead initial revolutions during start-up that can only be disabled with the programming cable. This was for kick starting or something.
Rev limits are different.
Also, the advance curves appear different. As do the retarded curved I believe.
I don't know much about curves but have a couple of screen shots that show the instructions for both and the curves they come with.
Please give your opinions on the different curves between the modules and any other relevant information between the 2 modules.

Options: (Dynatek curve maker software required). Programmable ignition curves (4 preset curves or make your own custom curves). Programmable fuel injection base curve (programmable from -5 to +10%). Programmable fuel injection low, mid and high ranges (programmable from -17.5 to +20%).
